The family that owned the property since 1942 and has cultivated the land with care, producing almonds, wine, olive oil and cereals (grain). Part of the land is irrigated with the water of a nearby natural spring. 9,60 hectares of land are of ecological vine yards of the variety Monastrell which is typical in the South of the province of Alicante. 50,79 hectares are of almond trees, in total 1.500 trees. 6,30 are olive trees, 23,57 are cereals, 31,81 is not cultivated at the moment, an extra 18,67ha can also be cultivated.
